Position Summary: The Technical Solutions & Sales role at Pools India Private Limited involves comprehensive business development and sales responsibilities, encompassing lead generation, sales proposal creation, contract closure, and project coordination. The goal is to drive new and existing business growth for Pools in India, primarily by interacting with government departments to secure orders for swimming pool construction projects.
• Drive business development activities in the target market, focusing on government departments.
• Generate and convert robust leads to meet sales and business targets.
• Collaborate with the technical team at HQ to create proposals and provide techno-commercial solutions.
• Handle contract closure, project handover, and payment aspects.
• Establish and leverage a robust network of relevant stakeholders, particularly within government agencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Swimming Pool construction standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience with a Graduate degree.
• Technical solution selling or Project sales experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in preparing costings and sales quotations.
• Capital Expenditure business experience, preferably in Construction, Heavy Engineering, or Sports.
• Effective communication skills and familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in construction sales, specifically interacting with government agencies, is essential.
• Proven ability to navigate government agency procedures and requirements for successful sales outcomes.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
