. CNC Setter:
�� Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.
�� Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the drawing requirements.
�� Optimize the process to reduce cycle time & Changeover time.
�� Ensure first time right concept at CC stage.
�� Ensure machine maintained as defined frequency.
�� Co Ordinate with Quality/ Engineering & Planner
�� To program/set and monitor the CNC machine to perform the allocated tasks
Current Tech Skills:
�� Read and understand Drawings
�� Set up machinery for production, Machine Handling
�� Complete routine maintenance of their machinery
