Roles and Responsibilities:.
Generation of enquiries for spares, services and AMC’s, Generation of revenue in the form of spares, paid
service and AMC’s, Follow up of pending enquiries, PO Collection etc, Attending customer service calls,
Involved ADA Project and providing service support, Installation of systems, Supporting customers on
technical issues.
Collection of payments against installation of systems, supply of spares, services and AMC’s, Follow-up and
collecting GST certificate and expired Bank Guaranty
Coordinating with Head Office and Customer to Establishing good relation
